The explanations of how these fees are applied are set out below.
Capping
Fees are capped at £1,200 pa.
Any member wishing to pay £1,200 up front may do so and this will avoid all "on the day" fees.
Juniors
A junior is defined as anyone who has not turned 18 by 1st April of the playing year.
On The Day Fees
"On the day" fees are payable whenever a member uses the course, including when representing Oakdale (team matches etc.), medals, knock-out competitions and all social games.
"On the day" fees are refunded if:
the player has not teed off and the course is closed on the day;
the player cancels more than 24 hours in advance.
Tee Booking
Tee-booking is compulsory and "on the day" fees are payable on registration with the professional.
Vacant tee slots can be assigned by the OGC reception or taken by a player (visitor or member).
Members may book any available slot - whether or not in members' time - up to 4 weeks in advance.
"Members Time"
Only members may book in the following times:
Weekday: Dawn - 09.30
Weekend: Dawn - 13.30
Visitors may book up to 7 days in advance.
Visiting Parties may be booked (by the General Manager / Admin) at any time.
